The role will drive quality standards, corrective actions, process improvement and consistent compliance across operations. Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Own, maintain, and continuously improve the organisation's Quality Management System, including quality manuals, SOPs, forms and work instructions. Plan and conduct internal quality audits across departments in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Maintain the CAPA register and ensure identified non-conformities are properly investigated and resolved. Conduct root cause analysis using appropriate methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis. Lead corrective and preventive actions and monitor implementation effectiveness. Conduct or supervise pre-shipment quality inspections for outbound cargo. Verify product specifications, quantities, packaging integrity and documentation before shipment. Establish and monitor quality KPIs including acceptance rates, NCR resolution times and documentation accuracy. Coordinate management review meetings and prepare quality performance reports. Manage document control, including approvals, revisions, version control and retention requirements. Train employees on quality procedures, non-conformance reporting and continuous improvement practices. Partner with Operations and HSE teams to integrate quality, safety and environmental requirements: into operational processes. Identify recurring operational quality issues and recommend process improvements. Supervise and develop members of the Quality team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in quality management, industrial engineering, engineering, or a related discipline. 5–8 years' relevant quality management experience, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, engineering, or related operational environments. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is mandatory. Demonstrable experience: implementing or maintaining an ISO-certified quality management system. Strong knowledge of internal auditing, CAPA, NCR management, and root cause analysis. Experience: with inspection standards, sampling methodologies, and quality control processes. Strong reporting, documentation, and process-improvement capability. Ability to work effectively across operational and management teams.
