This is a high-impact, results-driven role for an executive who thrives on restructuring operations, optimizing revenue, and building a high-performance healthcare culture. The Hospital Administrator will oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient care. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring close collaboration with hospital leadership and TIMS management to implement strategic and operational improvements. This is not a routine administrative role. The ideal candidate must be capable of identifying systemic inefficiencies, restructuring operations, improving patient experience, strengthening accountability across departments, driving revenue growth, optimizing costs, and building a culture of performance, excellence and repositioning the hospital into a profitable, respected, and high-performing healthcare institution with measurable operational and financial outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospital Management, Public Health, or a related discipline. Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) strongly preferred Minimum 15 years’ experience: in healthcare operations or hospital administration Minimum 5 years in senior hospital leadership/operational management Demonstrated and verifiable experience: delivering operational and financial results Strong understanding of hospital finance, revenue cycle management, quality systems, procurement, inventory management, and regulatory compliance Strong skills in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management, with the ability to oversee multi-department workflows and ensure efficient service delivery. Proficient Customer Service and Communication skills to manage patient experience, address concerns, and maintain effective internal and external relationships. Foundational understanding of Medicine to support collaboration with clinical teams and informed decision-making in a healthcare environment. Proven experience: in hospital or healthcare facility administration in Nigeria or similar settings, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with competence in budgeting, reporting, and use of hospital information systems. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, performance management, and conflict resolution.
