We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, Materials & Procurement Support Manager Location: Utako, Abuja Job Description Prepare BOQs, material schedules, cost estimates, variation assessments, interim valuations, payment recommendations, procurement support documents and project cost reports for management review and project execution. Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, procurement teams, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and finance officers to monitor material usage, verify site quantities, track cost slippage, prepare and ensure projects remain within approved budgets. Manage quantity surveying, cost planning, measurement, valuation and budget tracking across UR9's infrastructure and site-development projects to ensure accurate costing and efficient project control. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience: in quantity surveying, cost control, construction procurement support, materials management, project costing, site measurement and contractor valuation. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or any related field. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical, negotiation, reporting, teamwork and attention-to-detail skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD measurement support, cost-control templates, procurement documentation and project reporting tools.
