We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Duty Agent Locations: Lagos, Akure - Ondo, Ilorin - Kwara & Benin City - Edo Employment Type: Full Time Workplace Type: Onsite Job function: Airport Services Job role The Duty Agent is primarily responsible for managing check- in queue and ensuring customers get service promptly for all bookings & check- in related activities. This role reports to Duty Officer Responsibilities: Answer inquiries regarding Green Africa Products Make ticket booking, quote fare, and send to direct customers by email Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources and respond to enquiries Responsible for post-departure activities and front-line document Plan route and compute ticket cost, using schedules and computer Always seek to secure Customer Loyalty by providing exceptional service Determines whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer Book reservations and issue tickets to customers if there is a requirement Maintain accurate records and update PNR files Any other duties and functions assigned by the gLeads Airport Manager/ Duty Manager Prepare and forward daily sales report to the gLead at every close of shift Respond to enquiries Prepare customer invoices and accept payment Inform customers of essential travel information, such as travel times, operating terminal etc Fully trained on all aspects of Ticketing, fares, passenger services and Customer Relations Resolution of Customer problems and ensuring that customers’ needs are met adequately Educate and enlighten customer on the new and existing products of the company Qualifications Creative and proactive personality with “can do” approach Strong ability to pay attention to detail High- level numeracy skills Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills Time flexibility and ability to travel Bachelor's Degree in any related field Must have skills: Communication Analytical Problem solving.
