Since commencing operations in March 1997 the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous Projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Drilling & Wells - Night Wells Supervisor II Location: Lagos Description Monitor operational performance, maintain accurate technical and operational records, prepare well handover documentation, investigate and report operational issues, implement risk management processes, and drive continuous improvements to enhance well performwell-handledonal efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness. Coordinate and supervise well operations by ensuring materials, equipment, and service providers are mobilized and managed in accordance with approved well programs. Responsibilities: Writes detailed work instructions as per the approved well program, ensures completion equipment is prepared, is fit for purpose, and meets well timelines. Ensures risk assessments are carried out prior to the completion operations. Proactive in the management and coordination of the operations and service providers at the wellsite; using pre-job meetings, active monitoring, Toolbox Talks & Time Out for Safety, as appropriate, to ensure that all personnel are aware of the operational objectives and key areas of concern or risk. Responsible for preparing well-handover documents. Generate and maintain accurate reports such as the daily Wellview activity report; contractor performance reports, IQ-All operations data inputs Provide technical reports on specific well problems, investigation and report job failures and advise for operations improvement. Raises management of change request when deviation from program is required Proposes new ideas and innovations to improve well performance, well operations performance, reduce risk and/or cost. Records ALL events and relevant well parameters before, during and after operations. Reports immediately all anomalies to his direct Supervisor Ensures all material required to perform the operation are mobilized on site as per plan. Job Requirements: Team spirit and good interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of the local regulations (and best practices) governing well operations Minimum of HND or BSc in Engineering domain with >1-year site working experience: Good English oral, written presentation andcommunication skill Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills for process and technical issues Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Possess the following certifications: Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS). Shall possess a valid OSP (Offshore Safety Permit). BOSIET /THUET certificate and annual medical examination certificate.
