We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: After Sales / Warranty Representative Job Location: Enugu Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Attend to customers' after-sales inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Diagnose basic faults on mobile phones and accessories before escalation. Receive and document devices brought in for repair or warranty claims. Coordinate with the warranty department and authorized service centers regarding repairs. Track repair status and provide customers with regular updates. Process approved product exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, repairs, and resolutions. Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department. Qualifications HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Must have completed NYSC Required Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Basic knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and mobile technology. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and CRM systems). Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
