We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Windows and VMware vSphere Administrator to join our Infrastructure and Operations team. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting infrastructure projects, application implementations, and digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role requires deep technical expertise in Windows Server technologies, VMware vSphere, Active Directory Services, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery, cloud integration, and infrastructure security. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, strong infrastructure design experience, and the ability to provide technical leadership in large-scale enterprise environments supporting business-critical applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Provision, optimize, migrate, and decommission virtual machines. Identify and implement performance improvements. Administer Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and future releases. Design, deploy, administer, and maintain VMware environments including: VMware Clusters VMware vMotion VMware DRS VMware Storage vMotion VMware vCenter Server VMware Distributed Switches VMware ESXi VMware HA Resource Pools Implementserver and virtualization security baselines. Improve operational efficiency through automation and orchestration. Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Serve as the technical infrastructure leads for IT projects involving new business applications, platforms, and services. Develop implementation documentation, infrastructure build guides, and operational handover procedures. Participate in infrastructure architecture reviews, technical design workshops, and project planning sessions. Perform virtualization capacity planning and performance optimization. Manage enterprise Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure and virtualization issues. Monitoring a n d Performance Management Support hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating on-premises systems with Infrastructure Security and Compliance Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. Design, build, provision, and configure Windows and VMware infrastructure to support application deployments and upgrades. Microsoft Azure. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's Degree is an added advantage.
