Key Responsibilities: Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, cost estimates, and feasibility studies in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Provide technical support and advisory services to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, including real-time troubleshooting of engineering issues. Support technical sales and client engagement by contributing to proposals, client meetings, and translating requirements: into engineering solutions. Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and construction specifications. Enforce QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization while supporting procurement and vendor evaluation. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates, and act as a liaison between site teams, management, and clients. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional certification or registration with COREN is an added advantage. 3–5 years of relevant experience: in construction, infrastructure, or structural engineering projects. Experience: in technical sales, client-facing engineering, or technical solution support is highly desirable. Proficiency in engineering design and CAD software. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Proven ability to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and engineering guidance.
