Responsibilities: Talent Attraction and Retention Define strategic talent needs and partner with senior leaders to forecast and plan workforce and talent pipeline requirements. This ensures all hiring initiatives are perfectly aligned with the broader functional and business strategies. Direct the end-to-end recruitment process to guarantee the acquisition of top-tier talent who fit the organizational culture. You will also oversee the development of robust talent pipelines to proactively meet the future strategic needs of the company.
