Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE performance reports, dashboards, and management review updates. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE Management Systems across projects. Oversee project HSE compliance, audits, inspections, risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, and emergency preparedness. Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international standards. Manage environmental and social risks, including dredging impacts, sediment and water quality, waste management, stakeholder engagement, and community health and safety. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and performance improvement initiatives. Build a strong safety culture through training, mentoring, competency development, and leadership engagement. Serve as the key HSE interface with international clients, regulators, and other stakeholders. Support tendering, business development, project mobilization, and sustainable project delivery.
