We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: HRM / Admin Officer Location: Fadeyi, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Run onboarding for new staff documentation, orientation, tools. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and background checks. Draft job adverts, post roles, screen CVs and coordinate interviews. Employee Records & HR Administration: Track leave, attendance, probation dates, confirmations and contract renewals. Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files for all staff across three branches. Prepare employment letters, confirmations, references and other HR correspondence. Performance Management: Coordinate the appraisal cycle and keep performance records for each staff member. Flag performance issues early and support the Management in handling them properly. Follow up with line managers on reviews, targets and documented feedback. Payroll Support & Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory obligations are met and filed on time (PAYE, pension, NSITF, ITF, NHF as applicable). Prepare monthly payroll input , attendance, leave, deductions, allowances — for accounts. Keep company registration and staff-related statutory documents current. Office Administration: Manage office supplies, utilities, vendors and service providers for the Head office. Support administrative coordination with the branches. Maintain company documents, licences and renewals. Staff Welfare, Discipline & Internal Coordination: Coordinate staff meetings, trainings and internal communication. Serve as first point of contact for staff HR enquiries. Handle disciplinary documentation, queries and grievances following due process. Qualifications & Experience: CIPM student membership, certification, or active progress toward it is an advantage. Competent with Excel, Word and Google Workspace. Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act and statutory obligations (PAYE, pension, NHF, ITF, NSITF). Practical payroll experience. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related field. Experience: in a multi-branch or healthcare/technical business is an advantage but not compulsory. 2–4 years' experience: in an HR or HR/Admin role, preferably in an SME. Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, with genuinely accurate record-keeping. Proactive, follows up and closes matters without reminders. Firm but fair; able to hold staff to standards without creating friction. Sound judgement, and willing to escalate rather than improvise on sensitive matters. Clear and professional in written communication. Discreet, able to handle confidential staff and salary information properly.
