Key Responsibilities: Review, verify, and dispense inpatient and outpatient prescription orders accurately. Provide clinical advice to medical officers, nurses, and patients regarding drug therapy, dosages, side effects, and drug interactions. Manage hospital inventory by monitoring stock levels, tracking expiration dates, and maintaining storage standards. Compound special pharmaceutical preparations and oversee sterile reconstitution as required. Maintain rigorous documentation in compliance with hospital policy and national pharmaceutical regulations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
