You will ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications, provide expert pharmacological guidance to physicians, and deliver compassionate drug counseling to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Review, verify, and dispense inpatient and outpatient prescription orders accurately. Provide clinical advice to medical officers, nurses, and patients regarding drug therapy, dosages, side effects, and drug interactions. Manage hospital inventory by monitoring stock levels, tracking expiration dates, and maintaining storage standards. Compound special pharmaceutical preparations and oversee sterile reconstitution as required. Maintain rigorous documentation in compliance with hospital policy and national pharmaceutical regulations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D). Licensure: Current license to practice from the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN). Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years post-NYSC clinical pharmacy experience; hospital setting preferred.
