Responsible for collecting, counting, recording, and banking daily cash sales of the station Monitoring of fuel attendants as it relates to cash mop up on the forecourt Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time Responsible for responding to POS chargeback mails by providing support as required Responsible for safekeeping of all cash collected and tracking with Bankers Warehouse for pick up Preparation of daily/monthly POS reconciliation report to ensure accuracy of receipts of funds Responsible for managing station petty cash disbursement and application for reimbursement Requirements: Clear and accurate written and spoken communication HND / Bsc in Accounting Professional qualification is an added advantage (ACA or ACCA) Ability to work with and in teams’ settings 2-3 years in a similar or related role Attention to details Self-motivated and work well with little supervision.
