We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Supplychain Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Prepare periodic supply chain reports and provide actionable recommendations to management. Optimize transportation, distribution, and order fulfilment costs. Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management across product lines. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements to achieve cost efficiency. Source and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Manage inbound and outbound logistics and ensure timely delivery to distributors, retailers, and customers. Monitor supplier and manufacturer performance and compliance. Ensure production timelines, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and SLAs are met. Track key supply chain metrics including cost, efficiency, lead time, service levels, and inventory performance. Oversee inventory planning, warehouse operations, stock movement, reconciliation, and stock accuracy. Manage third-party/contract manufacturers and coordinate production schedules. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality requirements, including NAFDAC and GMP. Support new product development and launch by ensuring supply chain readiness. Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and product expansion. Requirements: Proven experience: managing end-to-end supply chain operations. Strong experience: in Manufacturing and FMCG is mandatory. Knowledge of NAFDAC, GMP, quality standards, and regulatory compliance is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: supporting product launches and new product development is an advantage. Experience: managing third-party/contract manufacturers is highly desirable. Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory control, and supply planning. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple product categories and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience: in procurement, vendor management, inventory, warehousing, production coordination, logistics, and distribution.
