We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CMT Sales Executive to drive business growth in Lagos. (Ibafo, Isolo, Iyana Ipaja, Igando, Bariga and Lekki) Responsibilities: Minimum of 2 years Work Experience: in Modern trade sales with quality field sales experience: especially in FMCG. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Lagos market to expand customer base and drive revenue growth. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align customer strategies. Qualifications / Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidate must reside in Lagos, within Ibafo, Isolo, Iyana Ipaja, Igando, Bariga and Lekki. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and its distribution channels. Minimum of 2 years experience: in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
