The successful candidate will act as a key execution partner — managing complex consulting projects, attaining new clients and projects, drafting high-impact advisory briefs for corporate and public sector clients, and coordinating high-level stakeholder engagements. Nina Jojer Africa is seeking a dynamic, highly diligent, and forward-thinking Senior Associate to directly support the Director of Africa Markets and Client Advisory. Key Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Project Management/Development: Identify new opportunities (clients and projects) to expand the client portfolio Lead the end-to-end execution of advisory projects for multinational corporations, development partners, and government agencies. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, depth, and attention to detail. Conduct rigorous research and structural analysis to draft policy briefs, white papers, strategy documents, and client reports. Independently manage a portfolio of client projects, with full ownership of specific workstreams. Stakeholder Engagement & Administration: Translate insights from client briefings directly into actionable account strategies and internal deliverables. Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, work studios, and roundtables, including managing agendas and synthesizing post-engagement outcomes. Serve as a dependable liaison for external communications, managing relations with high-level stakeholders, corporate executives, and government MDAs. Market Intelligence & Business Development: Proactively identify new commercial opportunities, regulatory trends, and strategic partnerships across African markets to expand the firm’s portfolio. Leverage an existing professional network to create entry points for high-level advocacy and consulting mandates. Operations & Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively across cross-functional internal teams to ensure unified delivery on firm-wide objectives.
