Manage our international shipping operations, handle end-to-end export documentation, and ensure absolute compliance with Nigerian regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Maintain clean, up-to-date physical and digital shipping registries. Provide weekly export status updates to management. Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with Nigerian Customs Services (NCS), NAFDAC, SON (SONCAP), and NAQS regulations. Documentation: Initiate and manage Form NXP on the Single Window Portal. Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin and Bills of Lading Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping lines, terminal operators, and haulage companies / partner for container booking, stuffing, and port gating. Requirements: & Skills Technical Skills: Proficient with the Nigeria Trade Hub portal, bank portals for Form NXP management, and MS Office (especially Excel). Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work under high pressure to meet shipping / port cutoff deadlines. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020, Nigerian port operations (Apapa/Tin Can/Onne/ Lekki), and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Clean Report of Inspection (CRI) guidelines.
