We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with updates on security activities, incidents, challenges, and recommendations. Develop and maintain effective emergency response and crisis management procedures. Lead the response to security incidents, emergencies, and other operational challenges. Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations. Ensure security personnel are properly deployed, supervised, and equipped to perform their duties effectively. Conduct and coordinate security risk assessments and recommend appropriate measures to address identified risks. Supervise, motivate, and mentor security personnel and operational teams to maintain high performance and professionalism. Ensure client concerns and operational issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Develop and implement effective security strategies and policies. Monitor compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements. Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A Master's Degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience: in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position. Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response. Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
