The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities Promote the company's products and service to prospectives clients. Meet and exceed monthly sales and business growth clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Prepare and deliver sales presnetations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. Maintain accurate customer records and submit periodic sales reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience: in a commercial bank, mircofinance bank, or financial institution, preferably in a sales or business development role. Proven ability to meet sales and business development targets. Strong customer relationship management skills.
