Key Responsibilities: The Graduate Trainee Supervisor will: Allocate duties and ensure effective utilization of manpower. Ensure workers comply with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements. Ensure proper handling and utilization of company materials, equipment, and tools. Monitor productivity, attendance, housekeeping, and discipline within the assigned work area. Work closely with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and other departments. Identify operational challenges and escalate issues appropriately. Support the training and development of production personnel. Maintain accurate production and operational records. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities. Monitor production activities and ensure adherence to production plans and targets. Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the Assembly & Production Department. Key Requirements: The ideal candidate must: Demonstrate good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Be able to coordinate and supervise workers effectively. Previous experience: in a plastic manufacturing company, either as a Supervisor, Factory Helper, Production Assistant, or similar role, will be an added advantage. Have 0–2 years of work experience, preferably with some exposure to supervisory, production, assembly, factory, or operations roles. Must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in manufacturing. Be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets. Be computer literate and able to prepare basic reports and maintain production records. Be a graduate of a recognized institution in Engineering, Science, Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Must be available to attend a physical interview. Be physically fit and safety-conscious. Have completed NYSC and possess a valid discharge certificate. Possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Be willing to relocate as required by the company.
