Key Responsibilities: Quality, Safety & Compliance Contract, Procurement & Negotiation Project & Program Delivery Government & Institutional Projects Commercial & Cost Management (Quantity Surveying Leadership) Strategic & Executive Leadership Qualifications & Experience: Professional certifications such as PMP, NIQS and COREN are highly required. Demonstrated experience: leading Government and institutional projects, competitive tendering and bidding processes, multi-disciplinary construction teams. Minimum of 12 years’ experience: with at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership role. MBA or Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
