This is not a customer service role or a typical call center position. You'll be speaking with founders and CEOs of established businesses, uncovering opportunities, and helping facilitate confidential conversations with professional business advisors. What You'll Be Doing Speak with business owners throughout the United States. Build rapport and establish trust with senior decision-makers. Conduct professional discovery conversations to identify qualified opportunities. Capture detailed and accurate CRM notes after every interaction. Work closely with senior consultants and account managers. Consistently achieve daily activity and quality goals. Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and confidence. We're Looking For Someone Who Speaks fluent English with a clear, professional accent. Is confident speaking with CEOs, founders, and business owners. Thinks on their feet and communicates naturally. Is curious and asks thoughtful follow-up questions. Is resilient and handles objections professionally. Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Is coachable and eager to improve every day. Enjoys achieving goals and working in a high-performance environment. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience). Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, business development, or outbound calling is an advantage. Personal laptop (Windows or Mac). Reliable high-speed internet connection.
