Original source description
International Job Placement Officer Job Type Full Time , Remote Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA Experience: 3 - 10 years Location Ogun Job Field Administration / Facilities Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month Minimum Monthly Target Minimum target: 20–30+ qualified & successful job placements per staff member every month, with the corresponding official employment offer letters delivered by the employers. Please understand that submitting 20–30+ job applications is NOT the target. The target is for those applications to result in successful job offers and official offer letters from employers. How Our Job Placement System Works NEXT ABROAD LTD operates on a results-driven job-placement model. Our clients are paying for successful job-placement results. Therefore, simply submitting applications does not mean the job has been successfully delivered. A job will only be considered SUCCESSFUL when: A suitable vacancy has been identified. The client's application has been properly submitted. The employer has accepted the candidate. The employer has issued an official employment offer letter or other approved proof of employment. The offer has been properly documented and delivered through NEXT ABROAD LTD's approved process. Staff Payment & Performance Every Job Placement Officer must understand that their monthly performance is directly connected to the results they deliver. The minimum target is 20–30+ successful job offers per staff member every month. Applications that are merely submitted but rejected, ignored or still pending do NOT count as successful placements. Random applications submitted simply to increase the application numbers will NOT count toward the target. Only genuine, qualified and successfully accepted job placements supported by official employer offer letters will count toward the successful-placement target. Why This Standard Is Necessary Our clients do not pay NEXT ABROAD LTD simply because an application has been submitted. Clients pay when we deliver results. If clients do not pay us because we have not delivered the agreed result, NEXT ABROAD LTD cannot generate the revenue needed to sustain staff salaries and other operational costs. Therefore, every Job Placement Officer must understand that this is a results-based position, not simply an application-submission position. The company needs staff members who can produce real results, not just high application numbers. What We Expect From Every Job Placement Officer Every officer must: Find legitimate and suitable international vacancies. Verify employers and vacancies before applying. Match candidates with suitable positions. Prepare professional, tailored CVs. Prepare professional cover letters. Submit accurate applications. Follow up appropriately with employers. Communicate professionally with clients. Prepare clients for interviews when required. Track every application. Obtain and properly document employer responses. Deliver successful employment offer letters through the company's approved process. Maintain complete records of their monthly performance. Final Performance Principle We are not paying for the number of applications submitted. We are paying for successful results delivered. Therefore: 20–30+ applications submitted ≠ 20–30+ successful placements. The required result is: 20–30+ successful job placements + official employer offer letters delivered every month. Every staff member must understand this expectation clearly before accepting the position with NEXT ABROAD LTD.
