You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across all channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in building our business through building winning relationships with key external partners to deliver our commercial ambition. Responsibilities: connectivity and opportunities to amplify presence in all outlets. Identify opportunities to increase product distribution and visibility. Works towards Sales Metrics KPIs for excellence in execution Maintain accurate documentation related distributor activities/results. Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships for market Build and maintain strong relationships with our commercial stakeholders to ensure Oversee distributor performance by conducting regular ride-alongs, market visits, and performance reviews. Execute sales plans which align with overall brand objectives with distributor management partnerships. Conduct market analysis to identify trends & opportunities by preparing regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across all channels Address any distributor concerns, identify new opportunities for growth, and provide ongoing training and support. Requirements: Experience: in the liquor or retail industry is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with wholesalers and distributors. Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives with excellent time management skills. Proven track record in managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets. Self-starter. 2+ years of experience: in sales, marketing or distribution management preferably within the beverage industry.
