Conduct legal due diligence on land and property acquisitions. Draft. review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, Deeds of Assignment, Sale agreernents, Lease Agreements, and other legal documents. Verify land titles, ownership. and property documentation Liaise with government agencies, land registries, survey offices. and regulatory authorities for title perfection and statutory approvals. Provide legal advice on property transactions, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance. Ensure all company operations comply with relevant real estate and corporate laws. Manage legal documentation and maintain accurate legal records. Handle customer legal documentation and resolve documentation-related issues. Coordinate litigation matters and work with external solicitors where necessary. Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions to management Support the HR and other departments on legal and compliance matters when required. Requirements: LL.B degree from a recognised university and must be called to the Nigerian Bar. Minimum of 5 years post-call practice experience: and 3 years' experience: in real estate, Strong knowledge of Nigerian Land use Act. property law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving. and legal research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
