The ideal candidate should be resilient, result-oriented, and comfortable working extensively in the field. They will collaborate with internal teams to improve recovery rates, maintain accurate records of collection activities, and ensure all recovery efforts are carried out professionally, ethically, and in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to customers with overdue repayments Negotiate and follow up on repayment arrangements Support recovery of defaulted accounts and assets where necessary Maintain professional relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders. Requirements: Previous experience: in loan collections, recovery, or related field is an advantage Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets Familiarity with local routes and communities within assigned locations Must reside in Lagos (Epe, Yaba, Oshodi, Ojo or Amuwo Odofin).
