In this role, you will be the direct face and voice of our brand, handling walk-in clients while supporting branch-level operations. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Akiode - Berger, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate details regarding shipping rates, delivery timelines, tracking, and the full range of company services. Conduct thorough physical inspections of inbound items and report defects, damages, or irregularities immediately. Maintain clean, organised daily logs of client interactions, branch shipments, and transactions. Welcome walk-in customers and respond promptly to client enquiries across digital channels (calls, WhatsApp, email). Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth, efficient daily workflow at the branch. Prepare required shipping documentation, invoices, and operational paperwork with high precision. Accurately process, pack, and prepare cargo/packages for shipment in line with company handling standards. Qualifications & Requirements: B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline. Close attention to detail with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel). 0–2 years of experience: in customer service, logistics operations, retail, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are welcome to apply).
