We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Accountant Job Location: Sangotedo or Ajah axis, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturdays: Occasionally (only when there are company events or urgent needs). Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records,ensure accurate reporting, and support overall financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate must be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Prepare financial statements and reports Handle accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions Use accounting software for financial management Assist in budgeting and financial planning Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or related field 2–4 years of proven accounting experience: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools) ICAN or related professional certification is an added advantage Must reside in Sangotedo or Ajah axis Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High level of integrity and confidentiality Must be smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Attributes Problem-solving mindset Good time management skills Ability to multitask and handle pressure Strong ethical standards.
