Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new customers, associations, and markets. Drive sales, loan acquisition, and disbursement targets. Promote financial products including loans, savings, micropension, and microinsurance . Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and association leaders. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor sales, loan performance, collections, and customer activities. Prepare accurate and timely performance reports. Work with the Team Lead and Marketing team to achieve business targets. Requirements: Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline. 1–3 years’ experience: in sales, preferably within financial services.
