We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Pre-Disbursement Agent Location: Lagos Responsibilities: Complete field verification reports accurately and submit them within the required turnaround time. Conduct physical visits to applicants' residential and business addresses. Escalate suspicious applications or cases that require further investigation. Confirm the authenticity of applicants' home and business addresses. Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements: are met before loan approval. Assess the applicant's business operations, income-generating activities, and repayment capacity. Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or fraudulent information during field investigations. Capture geolocation coordinates and photographs of applicants, businesses, and collateral as required. Interview applicants, guarantors, neighbors, or business associates where necessary to validate information provided. Requirements: High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Strong investigative and analytical skills. Good report writing and documentation skills. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong attention to detail. Ability to identify inconsistencies and potential fraud. Nice to Have: Knowledge of CBN debt collection guidelines.
