The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, promoting the company’s loan products, monitoring team performance, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on leads and support team members in converting prospects into customers. Identify new business opportunities and support the team in generating quality leads. Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for team members and track progress. Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of marketers to achieve assigned targets. Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Develop and implement effective marketing and customer acquisition strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards. Monitor team performance, sales activities, and customer acquisition results. Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of customer and sales activities. Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and marketing activities. Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience: in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, or banking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer relationship management skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools. Willingness to participate in field marketing and customer acquisition activities. Ability to motivate, coach, and manage team members effectively.
