Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and direction for the company’s operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Oversee sales, distribution, production, finance, and administrative functions. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and motivate management and staff teams. Monitor business performance and prepare reports for executive decision-making. Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience: in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
