As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of parcels while representing the IMATA brand with professionalism and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver parcels promptly and safely within Enugu. Plan efficient routes to meet assigned delivery timelines. Communicate effectively with customers and the dispatch team regarding delivery updates. Handle parcels with care and maintain accurate delivery records when required. Ensure the assigned motorcycle is kept clean and in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies. Provide a positive customer experience during every delivery. Requirements SSCE qualification. 1–2 years of experience as a dispatch rider. Valid rider’s license. Good knowledge of Enugu roads and routes. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members. Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
