FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Officer to oversee inventory management within a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a self-driven professional who can work independently with minimal supervision and has hands-on experience: using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned by management. Generate inventory reports using RetailMan software and Microsoft Excel. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly. Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements. Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking. Conduct routine stock counts and periodic inventory audits. Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies. Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory accurately. Requirements: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Proficiency in RetailMan software is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Willingness to reside in the company's shared staff accommodation. Minimum of 3 years' experience: as an Inventory Officer. Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Remuneration Salary: N180,000 Monthly (Net).
