We are looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who will help patients move comfortably from consultation to treatment. You will work closely with our dentists, reception team and management to make sure patients understand their treatment plans and have the support they need to make informed decisions. This role requires someone who is warm and caring, but also organised and good at follow-up. You should be comfortable speaking with patients about treatment plans, costs, appointments and next steps without making them feel pressured. What You Will Be Doing Meet and speak with patients after their consultations Help patients understand their treatment plans Explain treatment processes in simple, easy-to-understand language Answer questions about treatment and appointments Work closely with dentists to clarify clinical questions Discuss treatment costs and available options professionally Follow up with patients who have not started recommended treatment Follow up with patients who have postponed or missed appointments Contact patients through telephone and WhatsApp Keep accurate records of patient follow-ups Help patients schedule and coordinate appointments Follow patients through longer treatment journeys Help reactivate patients who have stopped coming to the clinic Contact patients who are due for recalls Identify why patients may be delaying treatment and communicate this to the team Maintain a clear list of patients who require follow-up Help create a smooth and personalised patient experience: Collect patient feedback and share useful feedback with management What We Are Looking For At least 2 years of relevant professional experience: Experience: in treatment coordination, healthcare, sales, customer service, hospitality or a similar role Degree, HND, OND or equivalent qualification Excellent communication skills Comfortable speaking with patients on the phone and WhatsApp Good listening skills Strong follow-up ability Good organisational skills Comfortable discussing prices and treatment plans Professional appearance and communication Good emotional intelligence Comfortable working with targets Dental or healthcare experience: is an advantage Show Us What You Have Done Tell us about something you have achieved in a previous role.
