What You’ll Be Doing Drive consistency across African markets through effective compliance monitoring, policy implementation and record management. Build strong relationships across commercial, supply chain, finance, HR and leadership teams to deliver practical legal and compliance support. Strengthen governance standards by supporting board, committee and statutory processes, ensuring key obligations are met accurately and on time. Maintain trusted legal and compliance information, ensuring critical documents, registers and contract records are accurate, accessible and up to date. Help the business make informed decisions by drafting, reviewing and supporting the delivery of commercial contracts that balance opportunity and risk. Provide valuable legal research and insight that supports decision-making, policy development and business projects. What You’ll Bring Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality. Experience: drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documentation. Exposure to company secretarial, corporate governance, compliance or statutory filing activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and document management tools. Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and practically. Around 2-4 years of legal experience, ideally within a corporate, commercial or in-house environment. An LL.B degree and qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court.
