Responsibilities: Foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement initiatives. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning. Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal activities. Requirements: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
