Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage all maintenance activities in the Mix Storage area. Ensure smooth operation of all equipment through effective maintenance planning and execution. Develop and implement manpower planning to optimize workforce utilization. Plan and manage spare parts requirements, inventory, and material availability. Prepare and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and shutdown maintenance plans. Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and other departments to maximize plant production and equipment reliability. Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdowns. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and promote a strong safety culture for employees, contractors, and work activities. Maintain proper documentation, maintenance records, and KPI reports. Drive cost optimization while ensuring high equipment availability and operational excellence. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of twenty (20) years work experience: in cement plant operations. In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance practices. In-depth knowledge of mechanical mix-storage maintenance in cement plant. Very good knowledge of safety standards as required by laws and regulations. Excellent time management, planning and scheduling skills. Very good analytical and problem solving skills. Very good oral, written communication and leadership skills.
