Responsibilities: Support staff training and CME, research and development, marketing lectures and educational materials, patient- experience: initiatives, and research into new diagnostic and therapeutic technologies Counsel patients and attendants on treatment, potential side effects, lifestyle and dietary changes, obtain informed consent, and maintain patient dignity and privacy Conduct follow-up consultations, assess patients, review laboratory and radiology results, advise on clinical management, and provide guidance on radiation therapy, surgery, or chemotherapy Participate in tumour boards, multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, seminars, quality improvement initiatives, and development/review of clinical treatment protocols Support radiotherapy planning through target-organ contouring, appropriate CT simulations, patient treatment, and authorized clinical procedures Requirements: Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology or a related oncology specialty Proven experience: in quality assurance, clinical audits, oncology treatment protocols, patient outcome tracking, and multidisciplinary case management Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution 3–5 years relevant experience: in oncology or related clinical practice Strong communication, leadership, training, evidence-based practice, and knowledge of current oncology technologies and advancement.
