Requirements: 8-12 years of professional experience: with demonstrated capability in marketing operations, marketing management, or consulting. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) or professional certifications are an asset Prior experience: working as a marketing/marketing operations leader with experience: in building and scaling marketing teams and functions. Experience: in designing and improving marketing workflows and operating models, implementing marketing performance measurement systems (dashboards, KPIs), leading marketing teams and driving operational excellence, diagnosing organisational dysfunction and implementing solutions, and managing complex client engagements or consulting projects.Comfortable working with ambiguity and understand how to design efficient workflows, have experience: implementing improvements that delivered measurable results; and being able to balance efficiency with quality and business outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights Understand how marketing connects to business strategy and outcomes, think commercially about solutions and trade-offs, and can speak the language of business leadership.
