This role requires someone who is reliable, committed, and ready to work on a long-term basis. We are seeking a responsible, organised, and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a skincare store located at 161 Ekoro Road, Abulegba. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the store effectively, maintain accurate records, supervise daily activities, attend to customers professionally, and ensure the smooth running of the business. Key Responsibilities: Prevent avoidable losses, stock discrepancies, and operational issues. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Ensure the store is opened and closed promptly according to the required working hours. Attend to customers professionally and resolve customer complaints where necessary. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure the store is clean, organised, and properly presented at all times. Track products coming into and going out of the store. Ensure proper handling and accountability of cash and sales proceeds. Maintain accurate records of daily sales, expenses, stock, and other store activities. Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock management. Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Report any significant issues or concerns to management promptly. Supervise staff and ensure they carry out their duties effectively. Identify low-stock items and report them to management promptly. Requirements: Previous experience: in store management, retail management, or a similar position is preferred. Candidates living far from the store will not be considered due to the working hours and location. Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
