We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Finance Officer Location: Ugbe Akoko, Ondo Employment Type: Full-time Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday (7:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m) , Saturday (7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) Break: One-hour break daily Job Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial operations,excellent analytical skills, and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience: in a similar role. We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join its finance team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions. Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Process payments, receipts, invoices, and reconciliations accurately. Support payroll processing and other finance-related activities. Monitor inventory-related financial transactions where applicable. Assist with audits by preparing the required financial records and reports. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
