Min Qualification: OND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other assigned communication channels. Convert customer inquiries into sales by recommending suitable products and achieving assigned sales targets. Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, and building long-term customer relationships. Represent the RLG Cosmetics brand professionally while promoting products, campaigns, and new launches. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
