The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing practical marketing strategies to promote the company's land and property offerings, strengthen brand visibility and generate prospective buyers. The role combines digital marketing, property promotion, lead generation, campaign management, customer engagement and sales support. The successful candidate will work closely with management and the sales function to develop marketing initiatives that move prospects from initial awareness through enquiries, property inspections and ultimately purchase. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company's land and property offerings. Generate qualified leads through digital and offline marketing channels. Plan and manage social media, advertising and property promotional campaigns. Develop marketing content and coordinate promotional materials for available properties. Identify effective channels for reaching prospective land and property buyers. Manage and improve the company's digital presence across relevant platforms. Track enquiries and follow up marketing-generated leads in collaboration with the sales team. Promote and coordinate property inspections, open-house activities and other sales-support initiatives. Develop relationships with realtors, agents, referral partners and other relevant marketing channels. Monitor campaign performance, lead sources and conversion results. Research market trends, competing property offerings and changing customer preferences. Recommend practical initiatives for increasing brand awareness, enquiries and property sales. Provide regular marketing performance reports to management. Build scalable marketing processes as the company's property portfolio and operations expand. Requirements: Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related discipline. Candidates with strong relevant marketing experience: and demonstrable results may also be considered. 2–4 years of relevant marketing, business development or sales-marketing experience. Previous experience: in real estate, property marketing or land sales is an advantage. Demonstrable experience: generating leads and executing marketing campaigns is highly desirable. Experience: working in a growing business or entrepreneurial environment will be an advantage. Requirements: The successful candidate should: Be results-driven and comfortable working with measurable marketing and sales targets. Be capable of working both strategically and hands-on. Have a strong understanding of how marketing activities translate into enquiries, inspections and sales. Be confident engaging prospective customers, partners, realtors and agents. Be organized, accountable and able to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously. Have good knowledge of digital communication and social media platforms. Be willing to participate in property marketing activities and site-related promotional activities when required. Be resident in Lagos or able to work effectively from Lagos. Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility. Skills: Strong marketing and lead-generation ability. Good understanding of digital and social media marketing. Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Good sales orientation and understanding of customer conversion. Content planning and basic creative direction skills. Ability to use digital marketing, social media and productivity tools effectively. Good analytical and reporting skills. Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver against targets. Knowledge of the Lagos and Ogun real-estate market will be an advantage. Remuneration N100,000 - N200,000 monthly basic salary + 10% commission on successful land sales.
