This role requires high attention to detail, strong integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining guest satisfaction and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reconciliation & Night Audit Reconcile all daily transactions from front desk, restaurant/bar, experiences, and POS systems. Balance and verify cash, POS, transfers, and room charges for accuracy. Post necessary adjustments and correct discrepancies before morning handover. Prepare night audit reports, revenue summaries, and occupancy updates. Ensure all revenue entries are properly documented and recorded. Operations & Reporting Update the PMS nightly to reflect accurate guest status, room occupancy, and financial postings. Prepare next-day reports for management and relevant departments. Communicate any operational issues, incidents, or unresolved discrepancies.
