These include, but are not limited to; AEROBICS, HIIT, CARDIO, YOGA, DANCE etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Fitness Trainer Locations: Kubwa, wuse and Maitama - Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Client Training & Coaching: Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage. Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ physical condition, goals, and limitations. Provide one-on-one and group training sessions. Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly. Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs. Customer Experience: & Engagement: Promote personal training packages and fitness programs. Actively engage members on the gym floor, offering support and guidance where needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with members to encourage retention and satisfaction. Deliver a professional, friendly, and motivating experience: to all clients. Health, Safety & Compliance: Monitor the gym floor to ensure safe use of equipment. Respond promptly to incidents, injuries, or emergencies. Ensure all activities are conducted in line with health and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client programs, progress, and attendance. Support the gym in achieving membership and revenue targets. Participate in fitness events, challenges, and wellness programs organized by the gym. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and management team to ensure smooth operations. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and development programs. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when required.
