Responsibilities: Handle client emails and enquiries, communicate pickup/delivery schedules and job updates, manage complaints, and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams Maintain accurate records and reports covering rugs received, processed, delivered, and pending, including customer details, rug descriptions, condition, processing status, complaints, damages, and delivery dates; ensure proper rug storage and handling throughout the process. Conduct quality checks before delivery, inspecting rugs for cleanliness, stains, odour, moisture, damage, finishing, and overall presentation Manage the end-to-end rug service process by coordinating with the cleaning/production team, monitoring processing according to rug material and condition, tracking turnaround times, and escalating delays Coordinate rug pickups and deliveries, ensuring rugs are properly packaged, secured, transported, and documented for condition at collection and delivery Requirements: Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's licence Proficiency in basic computer applications, email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, with strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
