The 32-room Hotel offers tastefully furnished deluxe executive and super executive rooms as well as one- and two-bedroom luxury suite We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Maintenance Personnel (Plumbing, AC Technician & Electrical) Location: Ojodu berger, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Ensure Hotel Capitol's facilities, equipment, and systems are in optimal condition, providing a comfortable and safe environment for guests. Responsibilities: Plumbing Maintenance: Fix leaks, unclog drains, maintain water systems, and ensure efficient water usage. Safety & Compliance: Ensure fire safety systems are functional, conduct inspections, and report issues to management. Electrical Maintenance: Handle lighting, power outlets, generators, and electrical equipment repairs. AC & HVAC: Service air conditioning units, ensure temperature control, and perform routine checks. General Repairs: Fix furniture, doors, and locks, and respond to guest requests promptly. Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and report maintenance status.
