The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising electrical works, coordinating technicians and artisans, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidates should have strong practical electrical experience, good leadership abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a project environment with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. Lead and supervise electricians, technicians, and other site personnel. Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications. Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved designs, standards, and specifications. Identify electrical faults and implement appropriate corrective measures. Monitor the quality and progress of electrical works and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools, equipment, and materials. Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain records of work completed, materials used, faults identified, and maintenance activities. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
