The Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. The position includes supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Operations Manager will also support budgeting, vendor management, and reporting to leadership on operational performance and strategic initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any Sales-related field. Proven experience: in operations management (preferably in the manufacturing or funeral services industry). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant management software. Responsibilities: Managing daily operations, including casket production, inventory, and distribution. Ensuring high-quality standards in casket design, manufacturing, and finishing.
